List of meetings which the public can attend - November/December 2008
The Council and its Committees will meet on the following dates. The meetings are open to members of the public and a copy of the agenda may be seen at any Information Centre or on the Cheshire West and Chester website from five clear days prior to the meetings.

Notes
- If you wish to attend you should call 01244 975985 about two days beforehand to confirm that the meeting is taking place, as the details may be subject to change
- Meetings marked with an asterisk (*) will cover mainly items which are confidential or exempt in nature and where the press and public will be excluded from the meeting at an early stage
- A copy of the Agenda and other relevant papers are available for public inspection during normal office hours in Room 51 at County Hall, Chester at least five clear working days before the date of the meeting unless the item is urgent. In addition the Agendas and minutes are available on the Cheshire West and Chester Website
- Members of the public are able to ask questions or present petitions at meetings. It would be helpful to give advance notice if you wish to ask questions etc. Please call 01244 975985 for advice
