Corporate Procurement strategy

The Corporate Procurement strategy outlines the procurement priorities and targets and shows how procurement will contribute to achieving the aims set out in the Corporate Plan.

The strategy brings together the recommendations of the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government and Annexes and the Independent Review of Public Sector Efficiency, (known as the “Gershon” Report) and places them in the context of local priorities.
