iConnect kiosks

iConnect Kiosks, situated at locations across West Cheshire enable residents to see a contact centre advisor on screen and speak to them via a telephone handset about the Council service they require.

The kiosks allow residents to make enquiries, fill out forms and exchange documents for council services ranging from benefits, registration services and bin collections to highways issues, parking and environmental health.
