To better meet the needs of our customers, we have extended the opening hours of our customer service contact centre. Our advisors are now available to take your calls from 8am until 8pm, Monday to Friday (see list of services below for any exceptions). 

Whilst advisors are able to help with most enquiries, please be aware that in some complex cases advice may be required from a specialist advisor who may not be available at all times.

Please note: out of hours calls are dealt with by our call handling service.  All enquires are logged and passed to relevant teams as soon as possible.  Callers should be aware that they are talking to an externally contracted representative and not Cheshire West and Chester Customer Service staff, as a result, they may be required to provide more details than normal.
