4.0 Supporting you through the Transition
All authorities across Cheshire have identified the importance of providing appropriate support to staff during the LGR transition. Over the coming months as senior management structures for the new authorities are developed and recruitment to these posts gets underway it is recognised that support in preparing for these opportunities and the changes ahead may be required.
