Welcome to Chester Renaissance

An artists impression of the HQ development

The Chester Renaissance programme of new development and city centre improvements will make Chester a must see European city by 2015. The Renaissance will ensure the city is a wonderful place for people to live in, work in, learn in, invest in and visit. It will generate a new pride in Chester, improve performance for business, attract investment and shape the city for the future.

One City Plan

Over the past few months, a citywide plan for Chester has been developing, informed by a series of ongoing engagement with the community.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to define the ambition of the City Centre and to draw together initiatives, projects and ideas for the City into its own single 'One City Plan'.
