The Council is committed to improving the
quality of private sector accommodation, particularly for
vulnerable and elderly households.
In particular we want to enable households to
live independently in their homes for longer and to increase the
supply of good quality private sector accommodation.
There are a number of ways in which we can
enable homeowners, tenants and landlords to improve the condition
of their homes and increase the energy efficiency and security of
their homes.
