Easter Activities

Decorate- A-Cake

Join us for Easter Cake Decorating on Wednesday 31st March 2-3pm. Suitable for children aged 4-11. Tickets £1 in advance. Places are limited so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please call into the library to purchase your ticket. Children to be accompanied by an adult.

Wicked Wormery

Join us on Wednesday 7th April, 2-3pm for a Wicked Wormery event! Children (5 - 11 years) will get help to make a wormery and decorate the covers. There will be a worm themed Rhyme Time for younger children. The event is free, but places are limited, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Booksale

Our next Book Sale will run from Saturday 24th April to Saturday 1st May. As well as books, we will be selling DVDs, CDs, Talking Books, Computer Games and Videos. Come along during normal opening hours and pick up a bargain!

Warhammer Club

The game of Fantasy Battles allows you to wage war with armies of Citadel miniatures across tabletop battlefields in the ultimate contest of strategy and skill. Suitable for ages 8 - 18.

Ellesmere Port PCSO
The Police Community Support Officer holds an advice desk in the library every Monday between 12.00 and 1.00pm.

Youth Zone
Free activities for 11-16 year olds. Computers, games consoles, arts and crafts, fabric design, books and music. Just drop in - every Monday, Thursday & Friday 4.30-6.30pm.

Learning Zone

In conjunction with West Cheshire College we offer a number of courses in the library. Courses include Introduction to the Internet; Email and Desktop Publishing; Start IT; CLAIT (Computer Literacy and Information Technology); various leisure courses and Skills for Life: English and maths from beginners to GCSE level.

Directions
Leave the M53 at Junction 9 and follow the signs for the town centre. After a mile turn left at the traffic lights into Civic Way (just before the Civic Hall) and the library is on the right hand side, opposite the bus station.
