An exciting temporary scheme to rejuvenate an existing unused city centre site

The temporary scheme includes:

• City centre professionally landscaped park and entertainment area for public use, affording extensive open views
• Multi-purpose open air public arena area (for small - medium sized events) complete with banked grass viewing area
• New coach drop-off area adjacent to existing bus station to provide visitors/users improved access routes to city centre amenities
• Improved street lighting
• Tree and bulb planting scheme

The project is due to be completed in 2011
