The Northgate development is part of the wider Chester Renaissance vision that will re-energise and reshape the City Centre and make Chester a 'must see' destination.
The Northgate project is a partnership between ING Real Estate and Cheshire West and Chester Council. This partnership has recently entered into a new collaboration with Land Securities to evolve a revised scheme to revitalise the Northgate Quarter.
Northgate's objective is to rejuvenate the entire quarter through careful planning, design and architecture, bringing vibrancy and vitality to the area.
A dedicated manager is now in post and a scheme redesign is being considered.
The first draft of the potential scheme redesign may be tabled early 2010.
