Please Note: Since the 1st February 2010 there is no longer a Duty Planning Officer at the Ellesmere Port office. From 1 October 2009 all applications are registered at either the Chester or Winsford offices. If you are unable to visit the Chester or Winsford office please phone 0300 123 7027 and ask to speak to the case officer for the application or the duty planning officer for your area.
