Local Government Reorganisation in
Cheshire resulted in Chester City Council, Ellesmere Port
& Neston Borough Council and Vale Royal Borough Council and
part of Cheshire County Council merging into one local
authority on 1 April 2009, Cheshire West and Chester
Council.
The following office now provides the
Local Land Charges service:

for requesting Local Land Charges Register Viewing and access to
CON29 information together with new fee schedules for your
attention.
We would like to make it clear that in order
to operate in line with how all other local authority search
requests are submitted to the Council and to avoid any delay, if it
is your intention to submit CON29R enquiries, we would request that
payment be submitted together with the Search Request Form and
a location plan.
We will continue to accept the payment of
Local Land Charges Register Viewing fee at the appointment
time.
