Procedures for requesting Local Land Charges Register Viewing
Only
To increase efficiency and reduce the usage of
paper and in accordance with the requirements under E-government
for Local Authorities to develop electronic delivery of
information, we ask that you request
LLC
Register viewing appointments via
email.
Your email should include:
- All addresses that you wish to search
(maximum of 5 addresses per company per appointment).
- A date and time which you wish the search to
be carried out. The request should be sent to us up to one
week in advance.
- A plan for each of the properties you wish to
search against outlined in RED. The plan should be
of a scale which allows us to identify the location of the
property. This should include neighbouring properties and
preferably named roads, especially for properties in the rural
area. Please ensure that the area outlined in RED
matches the address of the search – the onus for the accuracy of
this falls upon yourselves.

Our LLC Register viewing appointment times are
as follows:
(Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays)
9.00 am - 9.30 am
9:30 am – 10:00 am
10:00 am – 10:30 am
10:30 am – 11:00 am
11:00 am – 11:30 pm
11.30
pm - 12.00 pm
12.00
pm - 12.30 pm
Once we have received your request we will
email you with confirmation of your appointment. However, if
your requested date and time is unavailable we shall contact you by
telephone or email to arrange an alternative appointment.
