Development Framework, Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs)
provide guidance on specific planning policies. All

which were adopted
by the former authorities of Chester City Council, Ellesmere Port
and Neston Borough Council and Vale Royal Borough Council will
continue to be used in determining planning applications within the
former councils' boundaries until they are replaced by new
Cheshire West and Chester
