The Supported Employment Service helps adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or in secondary mental health care find and sustain employment.

Our team will work with you to identify opportunities for work trials and permanent positions and will support the employee at your business once a role has been filled.

Using the supported employment service can help reduce hiring and training costs as well as increasing the diversity of your staff.
