What is My life My choice?
We provide a wide range of care services to meet the individual
needs of people in Cheshire West, helping them to live as
independent and fulfilled lives as possible. We do this by working
with health services, voluntary groups and private care
organisations.
It is about people being in control over the support and
services they need.
This new system consists of 3 steps:
- Assessment of needs;
- Allocation of a Personal Budget based on the above
assessment;
- A Support Plan outlining how you wish to spend your Personal
Budget.
You can help us identify the types of services you may require
by working your way through our My Life My
Choice site.

The site is designed to allow you to work through various
'scenarios' in order to identify the service or assistance you may
need. If you prefer, however, you can simply ask us to
contact you about a specific service, or use the quick menu to go
straight to the information you are after.
