To receive help for yourself or a member of your
family you need to contact our Advice and Contact Team. You can do

This service is for you if you need help between 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays) and 8.30am on weekdays, and 24 hours at the weekends and bank holidays and you can't wait until the next working day.
If the team is busy you will be able to leave a message and a member of the Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Missing Adults
First contact the police and file a missing persons report.
For adults to be considered "missing" he/she must be absent from their residence for a minimum period of 24 hours.
