In order to ensure you are eligible for an affordable housing scheme, please fully complete an enquiry form, making sure you state which specific scheme or property you are interested in.
Affordable housing is desgined to help young people and first time buyers get on the property ladder, who cannot otherwise afford to buy on the open market. The criteria is therefore based on income and whether or not the prospective buyer has a local connection to the area.
