Emergency out of hours
If you are homeless out of normal office hours you can ring the Housing Solutions out of hours number. This number is not for general housing advice but for people who are in need of accomodation that night.

Video kiosk
Speak to an adviser via an iConnect kiosk at The Forum, Chester, Civic Offices, Ellesmere Port, Wyvern House, Winsford or Princeway Health Centre, Frodsham. It is also available at the following libraries: Blacon, Barnton, Helsby, Malpas, Neston, Tarporley, Frodsham and Wharton. You can also scan, sign and print forms whilst talking to an adviser.
