Rough sleeper advice and support
Foundation Enterprises North West (FENW) provide supported
housing and related services for rough sleepers in the Cheshire
West and Chester area. They offer 24 hour access to accommodation
including female only facilities. Outreach services are also
available.

In addition StreetLink is a new national rough sleeping
reporting mechanism. The service enables members of the public to
quickly connect rough sleepers to local services through making a
referral.
