The Grosvenor Museum has two special exhibition galleries.
Gallery One is found on the ground floor, with the smaller Gallery
Two being on the first floor (no lift). There is also a Costume
Gallery with a changing exhibition on the first floor of the Period
House (no lift). The programme covers a diverse range of topics
from the Vikings to Portraits, from Habitats to Transport. The
exhibitions are animated by a range of events, activities and
workshops for all ages.
An Exhibition and Events leaflet is produced three times a year
detailing the programmes. If you would like to receive our regular
mailings then contact grosvenormuseum@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk
leaving your name and full postal address.
Several local societies hold their public lectures in the
Museum's Lecture Theatre. Details of their forthcoming lectures can
