Library Olympics T-Shirt Competition
Take part in our competition to decorate a library Olympics t-shirt and you could win a Nintendo DS! All designs should include the word 'library' and should be A4 size. The designs should show the Olympic values in some way, for example: friendship, sharing and teamwork.
There are two age categories for the competition: 11-16 and under 11s. For further information, guidelines and a list of prizes ask at your local library. Please hand in your completed design to any Cheshire West library by Saturday 10th March 2012.
Improvements at Wharton and Winsford
Both Wharton and Winsford Libraries will be closing for short times to enable the installation of self serve technologies, to undertake minor redecoration and to implement improved layouts. We will offer an extended loan period and increase borrowing limits for all Wharton and Winsford customers to cover the closure periods.
Wharton Library will close for 2.5 days at 5pm on Tuesday 21st February and re-open at 9am on Monday 27th February.
Winsford Library will close for 8.5 days at 1pm on Saturday 25th February and re-open at 9.30am on Thursday 8th March.
