Environmental Permitting Application Consultations

Application Under The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010

The company known as Quinn Glass Ltd. has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council to substantially vary a permit to operate an installation to manufacture glass.

The application contains all of the information that Quinn Glass Ltd. was required to include in its application to Cheshire West and Chester Council.

The application has been placed on the public register and can be can be viewed by appointment at the address listed below.  Appointments are available Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm and to arrange an appointment, please ring 0300 123 7038.

Any written comments regarding the application should be made to the Environmental Protection Team, again at the address listed below, by 17 February 2012.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the Register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
