Cheshire West and Chester Council provides a pest control service.

All our operatives are qualified and trained to a high standard.

There is a fee for these services.

Public health pests

The council's operatives can remove pests classed as a threat to public health:

• Rats
• Mice
• Bedbugs
• Cockroaches

Non public health pests

Treatments are available for other pests that are not considered a threat to public health.

Charges

Domestic charges

The charges stated below are all inclusive of VAT and are correct from 1 April 2012.

• Rats, Mice - £10 (Free for concessions)
• Bedbugs, Cockroaches - £57 ¹ / £28 ²
• Wasps, Beetles, Ants, Flies, Fleas etc (Nuisance Pests) - £57 ¹ / £28 ²

Commercial charges

Competitively priced pest control contracts are available to commercial customers. Contracts can be tailored to suit your needs from individual jobs to annual contracts. To arrange a free quote please phone 0300 123 8 123.

• Pest Control Call out and First 30 minutes: £62 + VAT
• Pest Control (subsequent call in a 12 month period): £62 per half hour + VAT
