Draft employment land study update 2012/2013
The draft employment land study update provides information on the amount, type, quality and location of employment land required during the Local Plan period to 2030. It updates the 2009 employment land study by BE Group.
In January 2013 we invited comments on the draft employment land study update from interested parties in and around the Borough. We are now looking at all comments received and the final document will be available soon.

Joint call for sites - employment/commercial and housing development
We also invited interested parties to put forward sites for consideration for future development through the Council's Local Plan. This 'call for sites' was for both employment/commercial and housing development. This consultation ended on 18 February 2013.
