To view the Enforcement Register select the below link for the closed cases and the open cases are at the bottom of the page. The case details can be viewed online by selecting enforcement.
New Enforcement Notices are added to the Online Register within 5 working days of being generated. The Enforcement Register is also available to view at the Chester or Winsford Area Office Planning Reception by making an appointment 0300 123 7027.
Closed Enforcement Cases are recorded on the attached Enforcement Register (PDF 314 kb).
To check the progress of Enforcement Appeals use the Planning Casework Service on the Planning Portal.
