New enforcement notices are added to the online Enforcement Register within five working days of being generated. The Enforcement Register is also available to view at the Chester or Winsford Planning Reception by making an appointment 0300 123 7027.
The open enforcement cases are at the bottom of the page. Closed enforcement cases are recorded on the attached Enforcement Register (PDF, 320KB).
