If you wish to visit the officers, either at The Forum or HQ, it is best to contact them first to arrange an appointment. The Officers are often out on site visits and not always available in the office.
The Forum
The Specialist Environmental Services team is mainly based at The Forum, Chester.
Opening hours are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
The office is closed for Public Holidays.

Climate Change team
The Climate Change Team is based at the HQ Building in Chester City centre. The Visitor Reception area is open from 9am to 5pm. The Office is closed for Public Holidays.
