Free After Three

To help the city's businesses, free parking is available in Chester after 3pm at three of Chester's car parks.

The offer only applies on the following:

• Gorse Stacks car park - park for free after 3pm daily. 
• The Market (Princess St) car park - park for free after 3pm daily.
• Brook Street car park -  park for free after 3pm daily.

Please note: if you arrive in the above car parks before 3pm you must buy a pay and display ticket to cover you until the free period begins.

Charisma Parking Permits

Display a valid Charisma Card Parking Permit for cut-price parking in the following Council car parks. More information and an online application form is available on the Charisma Card website.

Park and Ride Saver Books

Buy a book of 5 Park and Ride tickets for £8.50 and receive 1 free extra ticket.

Show your Charisma card when you buy a book of 5 Park and Ride tickets and receive 2 free extra tickets.

There is no expiry date on books of Park and Ride tickets.
