The Integrated Transport Service working on behalf of Cheshire West & Chester Council, provides an intergrated approach to the provision of public transport services for residents and visitors of Cheshire West and Chester.

Bus

• Providing socially-necessary local bus services.
• Providing a comprehensive bus service timetable directory.
• Providing impartial ticket and fare information.
• Publishing 35 timetable leaflets and 6 Public Transport Maps and Guides
• Transport Complaints 
• Traveline NextBuses - mobile internet bus times
• Public Transport Information Order Form - timetable and maps order form

Bus Stop Infrastructure and Information

• Installing and maintaining 2440 bus stops and shelters.
• Updating and installing 1400 bus stop timetable displays.

Rail

• Supporting the development of train services.

Traveline

Part funding the Cheshire Traveline Service based at Ellesmere Port.

Online Travel and Journey Planning

• Maintaining and exporting comprehensive electronic public transport data for use in online travel planning sites and the SMS bus times service.

Concessionary Travel

• Administering the National Concessionary Travel Scheme

Community Transport

• Supporting Community Transport Services

Public Transport Planning and Investment

• Developing Public Transport Strategies and Local Transport Plan
