Bonded Asbestos waste

Special skips for the disposal of bonded asbestos waste are provided at two Centres - Clayhill (Neston) and Witton (Northwich)  Note:  Please telephone the site (numbers listed below) in advance of your visit to check available capacity and report to the attendant upon arrival.

It is a requirement of the waste management licence that all bonded asbestos delivered to the Centres should be double bagged or double wrapped in heavy duty polythene and sealed

In addition we advise the following when handling, transporting and disposing of bonded asbestos waste:

 - keep the material damp

 - avoid breaking up large pieces

 - ideally transport in an enclosed vehicle or covered trailer

  - wear a face mask and gloves
