The Facilities and Asset
Management Service has a day to day involvement and reaponsibility
for the Councils land and property portfolio.
This substantial property portfolio is held solely to provide
services and amenities to the people and communities of Cheshire
West and Chester. The portfolio includes an extensive range of
land and buildings including schools, libraries, office buildings,
industrial land and units, commercial and residential property.
These pages will give
you further idea of the extensive range of property that the
Council holds and the way we manage these valuable assets to get
the best out of them for the people of Cheshire West.
