The Groves Business Park, Cheshire Oaks

The Groves Business ParkThe Groves Business Park is part of the Cheshire Oaks Business Park and has been developed under a master plan, which seeks to provide a dynamic and vibrant working environment.

Plots are available from one acre upwards, to allow owner occupiers to develop their own purpose built accommodation on self-contained sites.  Design and build packages can also be offered.

The Business Park provides the ideal location for office premises; communications are superb. The M53/M56 intersection lies within a mile of the development and provides access to the regions motorway network.

Liverpool's ever expanding airport is only 21 miles to the north east and Manchester Airport is also within easy reach with a direct link via the M56. Chester lies 6 miles to the south and provides Intercity rail services via Crewe to London Euston.

The Park is situated in close proximity to the established Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, The Blue Planet Aquarium, David Lloyd Leisure Centre, Sainsbury's superstore, Vue cinema complex, pubs and restaurants.

The quality of the natural environment has been enhanced by a substantial programme of planting, including the provision of a new entrance statement at the roundabout on the junction of Longlooms Way and the A5117.
