Customer survey results

The Registration Service welcome your feedback, whether it is a compliment or a complaint. It helps us understand what we are doing well and how we can make our services better.

In February, we asked our customers what they thought of our Registration service. 231 customers took part in our survey and the following is the feedback we received:

  • 98% of customers were very satisfied or satisfied with the service we provided
  • 100% of customers found it easy to contact the registration service
  • 100% of customers received the level of service they expected (or better)
  • 99% of customers said they were given a convenient appointment or ceremony
