Starting well

Overview

The Starting Well Service offers advice and support on a range of health and wellbeing issues from pre-natal up to 19 years, extending to 25 years for young people with special educational needs or disabilities.

The Starting Well Service is delivered from Children’s Centres and the Starting Well teams are based at eight main Children’s Centres - Blacon, Lache, Frodsham, Portside, Stanlaw Abbey, Victoria Road Northwich, Greenfields and Wharton.

Each main centre has services delivered from seven linked sites, tailored to meet the needs of children, young people and families - Chester Victoria, Kingsway and Upton, Chester Rural, Neston, Parklands, Barnton and Weaverham and Leftwich.
