Pay a parking fine

Please allow at least 24 hours after the time the notice was issued to pay online or by the automated payment line. This is due to how long it takes to update in the system.

Payments can also be made by phoning the automated payment line (24 hour service) on 0300 123 7029. You can also pay by cheque. Please remember to write the PCN number and your vehicle registration number on the reverse of the cheque.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Cheshire West and Chester' and sent to Cheshire West and Chester Council, Parking Services, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE.
