Pay by telephone
You can pay by telephone with a credit or debit card. Payments can be made by phoning the automated payment line (24 hour service).
Please allow at least 24 hours after the time the notice was issued to pay online or by the automated payment line. Alternatively you can call our customer service centre (Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm) on 0300 1237024 to make a payment at any time after the notice has been issued.
Pay by cheque
You can also pay by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Cheshire West and Chester' and sent to Cheshire West and Chester Council, Parking Services, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE
Please remember to write the PCN number and your vehicle registration number on the reverse of the cheque.
