The Electoral Commission has the timetable and all the guidance and resources that you will need if you are a candidate or agent.
Nomination packs to stand for the local elections on 2 May will be available from the Elections Team from 4 March 2019.
Candidates and agents briefing sessions
These sessions will provide an outline of the electoral process, key deadlines and how to complete the nomination forms.
- 4 March 2019 at 6pm: Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford, CW7 1AH
- 5 March 2019 at 6pm: The Turf, Chester Racecourse, New Crane St, Chester, CH1 2LY
- 6 March 2019 at 6pm: Civic Hall, Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0AZ
Nomination packs will also be available to collect at these briefing sessions.
