Voting at a polling station

Elections 2019

Voting at a polling station

Before the election, you will receive a polling card with details of your polling station.

Please check this carefully as your usual polling station may have changed.

You can still vote without your polling card. Simply give the Poll Clerk your details.

When can I vote

Polling stations open from 7am to 10pm on the day of the election (12 December). If you arrive after 10pm you will not be able to vote even if people are still queuing.

All of our polling stations are audited for accessibility and we provide additional equipment to help those with visual difficulties vote.
