Request a refund
If you have received a bill which shows that you are in credit we can issue you with a refund. This usually happens if you have a change in circumstances, receive a reduction in your rateable value or move properties.
The credit will show on your bill. If you have been paying by Direct Debit we will automatically refund into the bank account from which the payments were made.
What happens next?
Your refund will be processed within 7 working days. We will be in touch if we need any more information.
