Gambling act licence fees

The first annual fee is payable 30 days after the effective date of the premises licence and subsequent annual fees are payable before each anniversary of the date on which the licence is issued. Please note that the licence will lapse should the fee not be paid within the required time period.

Permits

Clubs holding a Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003 may make a fast track application for a Club Gaming Permit or a Club Gaming Machine Permit. Clubs not holding a Club Premises Certificate must make a non fast track application.
