Join us for some family fitness. Our circuit will consist of between 8-12 stations, exercises will be a combination of body weight movements and strength and conditioning, whilst using free weights and kettlebells. Fun, challenging and and little competitive between family members its a great way to encourage the children to be active over the half term.
