Discover Chester’s Civic Treasures at the Chester Heritage Festival

As part of the 10th anniversary of the Chester Heritage Festival, the public is invited to explore the rich history and symbolism of Chester’s civic regalia through a series of engaging talks, held at Chester’s historic Town Hall.
The Chester Civic Regalia Talks, delivered by either one of the Civic Attendants or the Visitor Centre Manager, will take place at 2 PM on the following dates:
- Tuesday 3 June
- Thursday 5 June
These fascinating sessions will delve into the stories behind the city’s ceremonial treasures, offering a rare glimpse into the traditions that have shaped Chester’s civic identity over the centuries.
Tickets are just £5, and children can attend for free.
Making this an ideal outing for families and history enthusiasts alike.
