The first fourteen traders to be offered places in the new Northwich Market can now be confirmed, offering a mix of food, drinks, produce, gifts, beauty and fashion, tech repairs and more.

Occupying a prime corner location within Barons Quay, the new market will offer a significantly improved experience for customers and traders alike with a wider choice of stalls and facilities, including tables and outside dining. The market is set to open later in the summer, once all the traders’ fit outs are completed.

Starting quotation marks
There has been strong interest in the new market, and I am delighted that we can make our first announcement about traders. They are a fantastic mix of existing traders from the old market as well as brand new traders, offering something for everybody with food, goods and services.

The Council is committed to its markets across Cheshire West, recognising them as important social spaces which help drive footfall in town centres. The new Northwich Market will be a stunning new home for local independent businesses and creative entrepreneurs, and a modern yet traditional market.
