Keep moving, be active, eat well

Stay warm at home

Heat your home to at least 18 degrees celsius. If you struggle to keep your home warm, you can keep yourself warm by:

  • wearing layers of clothes
  • using a hot water bottle
  • drinking warm beverages
  • having a hot meal.

If you're able, try exercising or doing some chores as movement keeps you warm. You can also find out about home energy grants and advice.
