Our team carry out regular night inspections to identify broken or damaged street lights. These checks are once every two weeks in the winter and every four weeks in the summer.

What happens next?
Once we've receive a report, we'll investigate it within five working days so that we can decide on the urgency and type of work involved.
We repair faults as soon as possible, in most cases this will be within five days. Complex faults or problems relating to a third party, for example a problem with the electricity supply, may take longer.
