Support for 16 to 24-year-olds

Legally, your Care Leaver status ends at 25. As such, so do the statutory duties for Children’s Social Care.

We don’t stop caring about or wanting to support you. We also remain interested in how you are doing.

We welcome messages telling us your good news stories such as new jobs and new members of the family.

If you do want guidance and you contact us, we will try to give informal advice on where you might find the help you need.
