Buying a home doesn’t have to be a daunting process, there are options to make it easier for you to become a homeowner.

After living in your home for a while you may be able to buy it at a price lower than market value thanks to the Right to Buy (RTB) scheme.

You have to meet certain conditions and have held your tenancy for at least three years, so it may not apply to you.
