Cyber Incident - Housing Repairs Reporting System

We are currently responding to a cyber incident affecting some tenant information on the housing repairs reporting system operated by a third-party supplier on behalf of the Council. Whilst investigations are ongoing, we are no longer using the online repair reporting form.

To report a repair, tenants can call us on 0300 123 7724. Our advisors are available from 8am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays and Christmas).

The investigation is ongoing and letters are being issued to any tenants whose data has been affected containing more detail and what to do if anybody has concerns.

The incident has not affected any Council or other landlord systems.

As soon as we became aware of the incident, we took immediate action to protect our systems and information.

We recognise that an incident of this nature can cause concern and inconvenience, and we are sorry for any disruption people may experience. We will provide further information as appropriate.
