Events at Grosvenor Park
Please note: We are currently not accepting any bookings for events until July 2020. Events booked after this date we will hold for your activity, however please note this may need to reviewed depending on any updates from the government.
When the situation improves, we will look to restart the events programme but we will want sufficient time to allow appropriate planning and confirmation of services to ensure that events are safe. This will mean that once restrictions are lifted there will still be a period of consolidation over a few weeks prior to events starting on the ground.

Pavilion/activity zone at Grosvenor Park
Event bookings at the pavilion/activity zone can be made all year round.
You will be required to complete the online booking form, risk assessment and upload proof of your public liability insurance.

Grosvenor Park bookings
Bookings are made in hourly slots and are subject to availability and cancellations can be made at anytime.
You will be able to make reoccurring bookings for regular events.
Please note: we do not manage the miniature railway located within the park. This is independently run and chargeable. There is a kiosk where you can pay a small fee to use. Opening times are available from the kiosk.

After receiving an email you will only have two days to make a payment, if payment is not made, your booking will be cancelled.
