Order and collect service

Our order and collect service is now available from all libraries except Hoole Library and the mobile library.

When placing an order you will be asked for the following information:

the type of books you would like e.g. crime, family sagas, humour
the format you would like them in e.g. hardback, paperback

We will do our best to choose books that meet your preferences but cannot guarantee that they will not be books you have borrowed before.

There will be a limit of 10 books per library card, so please place a separate order for each member of your household.

If you require specific titles you will need to place your own request through our library catalogue.

Alternatively, you can order by phone. Opening times and phone numbers can be found on the individual library pages.

Collecting your order

Once your order is ready, a member of staff will contact you by phone or email to confirm your collection date. All items will be issued to your library card, ready to go.
